Ryan Carter's Camps Bar "2" side have moved to the top of the Wick & District Summer Pool League, after winning 6-4 in their top of the table clash against Retro "1".  George Smith and Andrew Edwards helped their Retro team take a 2-0 lead, but the Camps side won four in a row to go 4-2 up.  James Ross and Bobby Gunn put in good performances as Retro "1" fought back into the match to level it at 4-4.  Gary Oag got the better of Edwards to put Camps "2" 5-4 ahead, before David Hendry's fantastic double sealed the three points to put the Camps side top of the table.  An exceptional team performance from defending champions Queens Hotel saw them crush the Francis Street Club 9-1.  The highlight of the match came in frame three when Perry Campbell knocked in an impressive 8-ball clearance.  The Commercial move up to fifth in the table after their hard fought 7-3 win against the Mountain Dew.  Raymond Gunn was the man of the match for the Lybster side, winning all three of his games.  Retro "2" moved off the bottom of the table with their first win of the season.  A great team effort saw them secure all three points thanks to a 6-4 win against Sinclair Bay.
