The Captains Cup will be held on the 7th May in The Crown Bar. Each team can submit 2 players for this, and must be given to me by the 6th May either via text/email/phone.
The Wick & District Pool League will be adding a fourth title to our season (as agreed at meeting last year) and will hopefully take place in the Francis St Club at the end of May. The Annual Pairs Event will be open to pool league players only, and u must partner with a member of your team, with each team being able to enter up to 3 pairs. There will be an entry fee of £10 per pair, with all monies going into the prize fund. Once i have everything confirmed for this event, i will send out application forms to all bars/clubs where you can fill out your teams.
Next week is the final week of the league & to save you all from having to work things out, its like this. A win for Camps2 will win them the league, even an 8-3 loss will be enough to win the league, If Camps2 were to lose 11-0 then Bayview1 would need to win 9-2 to tie on frames and 10-1 to win. Francis Street Club will need to win 11-0 to get 2nd place, or any win to secure 3rd place.
