George Zindilis' Commercial side made it three wins out of three on Monday night after defeating The Francis Street Club 9-1 to stay top of the Wick & District Summer Pool League.  Zindilis and Raymond Gunn were the star players for the Lybster side in an impressive victory.
Ryan Carter's Camps2 side got their second whitewash in a row with another 10-0 win, this time against The Mountain Dew.   Carter, Andy Mcwatt and Martin Hill all knocked in 8-ball total clearances for their side.
Last years beaten semi finalist Sinclair Bay got their first win of the season, defeating Camps1 8-2 in an impressive display of pool.  Tam Sutherland great performances was the difference in the first ever Queens derby match.  Queens2 went 3-1 ahead after the first set of singles, but Queens1 played well in their doubles games to level it at 3-3.  Alan Stewart and Sutherland put the second team back into the lead at 5-3 before Andrew Aitken took Queens1 with one frame of their rivals.  James Dow had an opportunity to earn a draw for his Queens 1 side but Perry Campbell played well to clinch the three points for Queens2.
