Payment must be made by Feb 22nd, via cash or bank transfer.  This is a national grassroots event which excludes the top players in Scotland, qualifiers will be held in Wick (venues TBA dependant on entries) and the winner(s) will take part in the finals in Dalkeith on June 27/28.
