Bayview1 & Camps2 are on course to meet in the final of Wick & District Pool League's Rockwater Shield after they got the better of their opponents in the 1st legs of the semi finals.
Bayview1 were impressive in a 6-3 win over Camps1.  Steve Atkins and Alistair Young continued their great form by leaving their opponents with 7 balls on the table in their doubles match.  Camps1 tried their hardest to get back into the match but it wasnt to be as the Bayview side got the all important 1st leg win.
Camps2 defeated Blackstairs2 6-2 thanks to two wonderful total clearances from James Riach.  He now overtakes his team mate Ryan Carter at the top of the Total Clearance Challenge Cup Leaderboard.
David Hendry was also back to his best in this match, coming extremely close to an 8 ball clearance but missing his last red.  Alex Rosie and John Martin fought hard in their doubles to get their Blackstairs side back into it, but lost out to Carter and Bruce Honeyman which resulted in a final scoreline of 6-2.
