After a hard fought 7-3 victory over Sinclair Bay on Monday night, Camps2 have secured their place in the semi finals of the Wick & District Summer Pool League.  A draw next week against Blackstairs1 will be enough to ensure the Camps side qualify in first place.  Jim Bain was impressive again this week winning all his frames as his Queens side defeated Commercial 6-4.  They will play Sinclair Bay next week in an important match as both teams will be looking for the three points in their attempts to finish in the top four.  Bayview remain in third place after demolishing Camps1 9-1.  The match was much closer than the scoreline suggests but the Bayview team took there chances well in the tight frames.  Silver Fox won the Camps sides only frame as he ended Ted Gunns 100% singles record.  The Blackstairs derby match has been rearranged for later in the week.
