The Queens Hotel turned around a 6-3 1st leg deficit to beat The Francis Street Club 6-0 to make it to final of 2014\15 Rockwater Shield where they will face Steve Atkins' Bayview1 side.  Jim Bain and Brian Robertson got the Queens off to a perfect start, as they battled hard to earn wins over Stewart Steven and Brian Munro.  A superb clearance by James Dow in frame three put the Queens 3-0 ahead, as the pressure mounted on the club side.  Michael Mackay had a chance to pull one back for FSC in the next frame, but he went in off on the black to give the frame to Queens.  Some outstanding potting by both Andrew Coghill and Adam Scollay would earn a 6-0 win for Queens, as well as a cup final place.  The Queens are undoubtedly having their best season, and are in with a chance of landing a league & cup double as they are currently at the top of division two.  Bayview1 earned a hard-fought 6-4 advantage over Crown1 in their first leg tie, but didn't have any difficulty in the second leg as they scored a 6-2 win to book their place in the final.  The Lybster side will go into the final as slight favourites due to their experience in big matches over the years, however anything can happen in a cup final and the Queens lads know that on their night they are capable of beating anyone.
