Colin Banks' Crown1 side travelled out to Lybster to face Bayview1 in an important match for both teams.  Crown1 controlled the match well as they went 4-2 ahead after the singles in mostly tactical frames.  The next two frames were shared to put the Crown side a frame away from victory as it stood at 5-3.  Eric Larnach and Stevie Cunningham combined extremely well in their doubles frame as they clinched a vital two points for Crown1.
Ryan Cook's Blackstairs2 side secured their third win out of three after a deciding frame victory over The Queens.  Harry Candeland and Andrew Coghill both put in fine performances for The Queens, and also combined well as they grannied their opponents in the doubles.  However, it was the Blackstairs team that held their nerve in a tense final frame to win 6-5.
The Commercial got their season back on track, crushing a lacklustre Camps1 side 10-1.
Camps2 remain top of division one after a 9-2 victory over The Francis Street Club1.  The scoreline certainly flattered the Camps side, who enjoyed endless fortune in a match that should have been much closer.
The other match in division one saw Seaforth Club and Blackstairs1 battle it out, with the latter running out 6-5 victors.
In the second division Sinclair Bay remain undefeated after defeating Bayview2 7-4 in a long grueling match.
Sasa's Cellar Bar also looked to make it four wins out of four when they faced Mountain Dew2.  The match went all the way to a deciding frame, and it was Mountain Dew2 who clinched the two points with Faith Bramley potting the all important black.
The other match in division two saw Mountain Dew1 record an impressive 8-3 win over Crown2.
