Alan Larnach's Crown1 team moved up to third in the Wick & District Pool League table after another impressive victory on Monday night.  A great team performance saw them dispose of Camps1 9-2 in a one sided affair.  Stevie Cunningham was man of the match. winning all three of his games.
The Queens also remained on great form as they moved up to fourth place thanks to an 8-3 win over The Mountain Dew.  The lads from the Mountain put up a good fight with the match a lot closer than the scoreline suggests.
Steve Atkins Bayview1 side remain top of the league after an impressive 9-2 derby victory over Bayview2.
Sinclair Bay performed well in the early stages of their match against Crown2, taking a 5-2 lead.  However, the Crown side mounted a fabulous comeback to make it 5-5 t and set up a tense deciding frame.  Sinclair Bay's captain Greg Simpson kept his cool as he cleared the table in style to win a vital two points for the Keiss side. 
Ryan Cook's Blackstairs2 team continued to play well and were rewarded with a hard fought 7-4 victory over a tough Commercial side.
Craig Durrand's Seaforth Club's sides quest for a top seven place remained on track as they put in a good team performance to defeat Harper's 8-3.  They are now in joint seventh place with Blackstairs2 with both teams having the exact same record.
The pick of next weeks fixtures see's the top two teams go head to head as Blackstairs1 host Bayview1.
