Defending champions Camps2 stretched their lead at the top of the table to four points, after a convincing 9-2 win over Bayview1.  James Riach got the Camps2 side off to a great start with a total clearance from the break, however Bayview hit back with a total clearance of their own from Alistair Young.  Young's clearance from the break ended Alec Thomson's unbeaten run this season in singles frames.  Wins from Ryan Carter, Bruce Honeyman, David Hendry and Ian Mcdonald helped Camps2 take a 5-1 lead.  The league leaders then saw out the match, which ended in an impressive 9-2 victory.
Colin Banks' Crown1 side now climb to second in the league after a well deserved 9-2 win against Queens.
Alex Rosie was in outstanding form for Blackstairs2 on Monday night, leaving his opponent with 7 balls and leading his team to an 8-3 victory of Seaforth Club.
Blackstairs1 battled to a 7-4 win over Camps1.  The Camps side fought back from 5-1 down to 5-4, but couldnt complete the comeback as Blackstairs1 made sure of the two points.  Stuart Mckenzie was the star player of the match, completing an 8 ball clearance in his trebles frame.
The Commercial are back to winning ways after a well deserved 8-3 win over Francis Street Club1.
The top two teams in division two remain on great form with both of them securing the two points this week.  Sinclair Bay defeated Crown2 6-5, and Harper's impressive in an 8-3 win against Bayview2.
Francis Street Club2 are third in the league after a 7-4 win over Mountain Dew1.
The first legs of the Rockwater Shield semi finals take place next Monday.  Camps1 are at home to Bayview1, and Blackstairs2 will host Camps2.
