Camps "2" player Ryan Carter defeated former team mate James Riach in the final of the third annual Children In Need Pool Tournament this past Saturday. Carter defeated Des Mcleod 3-1 in the last 16 before he went on to face 2 time champion David Hendry in the quarter finals. Carter (who was defeated 3-2 in the previous two years finals against Hendry) exacted his revenge as he won 3-0 against his Camps "2" team mate. Bruce Honeyman's Camps2 side defeated Suzanne Carter's Camps1 team 8-3 to win the Camps Bar Challenge Shield. Ryan Carter showed no mercy in the opening frame as he left his partner (Suzanne) with 7 balls on the table. Bruce, Martin Hill & Ian Mcdonald helped the Camps2 side take a 4-0 lead.
