Wick & District Pool League's 2014/15 season has reached its halfway point, with Crown1 and Queens Hotel sitting top of their respective divisions. The match of the night saw Lybster's Bayview1 host their biggest rivals Camps2, in a highly entertaining affair. Sinclair Bay have moved up to fourth place in division one after an outstanding 9-3 victory over league leaders Bayview1 on Monday night. Andrew Mackenzie and Greg Simpson both put in phenomenal performances for the Keiss side, winning all of their games to help their side secure a well deserved three points. Alan Larnach's Crown1 side have knocked seven times champions Camps2 out in the first round of the Rockwater Shield. The current holders had a mountain to climb after the Crown's outstanding performance in the first leg.
